All prices quoted are in US$ excluding VAT/GST.  For other currencies, prices will be converted according to current exchange rates.  Volume discounts apply.

FAID Quantum – Initial Single User Licence Fee

• Includes first year’s Annual Licence & Support fee (see below)
• Prices for multiple concurrent users at discount rate available on application

Annual Licence & Support Fees (ALAS) – Single User Licence

• Payable on the anniversary date of the purchase of the licence
• The ALAS fee covers all the usual items included in IT support such as software upgrades, technical support, as well as “special conditions” that apply to the FAID Technology licences
• The ALAS fees may be subject to annual CPI review on the renewal date and may be increased by no more than the percentage increase of the Australian All Groups Weighted average of eight capital cities CPI for the previous four quarters
• Prices for multiple concurrent users at discount rate available on application

Additional FAID Quantum Products

• FAID Quantum Enterprise (price on application) – a customised version of FAID Quantum which analyses business-wide work period data and permits the user to filter, summarise and drill down the results, based upon such things as business groups, locations and job types.
• FAID Quantum Shared Object Library (price on application based on number of staff analysed) – for use within third party rostering software.
• Customisation Service (price on application) – FAID Quantum can be enhanced to support clients specific needs including:
  • individual corporate data structures and sources
  • unique analysis
  • specific management support and reporting requirements
  • specific operational communication requirements.
