FAID Quantum uses the Peak FAID Score
There is no unit or absolute measure of fatigue. FAID takes into account:
- Duration of work & breaks
- Time of day of work & break
- Work history from preceding 7 days
- Biological limits on recovery sleep
and produces a FAID Score. To assist the interpretation of FAID Scores consider the following benchmarks:
- Working Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm produces a Peak FAID Score of 40
- Working Monday to Friday: 11pm to 7am produces a Peak FAID Score of nearly 95
